Standard Terms of Global Partnership

Welcome to Bro Code Golf Wear. These Business Terms & Conditions establish the general framework for our OEM, ODM, private label, manufacturing, supply, and export services.

By submitting an inquiry, approving a quotation or sample, placing an order, or otherwise proceeding with a project through our website, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the applicable terms outlined below.

1. Customization & Intellectual Property

Bro Code Golf Wear provides customized manufacturing based on customer-supplied designs, specifications, measurements, materials, branding, artwork, and other requirements.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the designs, logos, trademarks, artwork, and other intellectual property they provide are legally authorized for use.

Because custom products are manufactured according to individual customer requirements, custom-made products are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except where otherwise agreed in writing or where applicable law provides otherwise.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving product specifications, artwork, sizing, colors, materials, and other details before production begins.

2. Sampling & Product Approval

Samples may be recommended for custom and newly developed products to confirm product specifications before bulk manufacturing.

Sample pricing depends on the product, materials, customization, development requirements, and quantity. Any applicable sample fee and shipping cost will be communicated before the sample is produced.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving samples or specifications before bulk production. Once final approval is provided, production will proceed according to the approved specifications.

Sample shipping and courier charges are normally the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Payment Terms

Payment requirements depend on the order type, production volume, product specifications, and agreed commercial terms.

Our general payment structure may include:

• Small or low-value orders: Full advance payment may be required before production begins.

• Commercial and bulk orders: A deposit may be required to secure production and begin material procurement, with the remaining balance payable according to the agreed order terms and before shipment.

• Custom Production: Production will normally begin only after the required deposit has been received and the final product specifications have been approved.

• Transaction Fees: Any intermediary bank charges, transfer fees, or other charges imposed by the customer's payment provider or financial institution are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

The exact payment schedule will be confirmed in the quotation, proforma invoice, or order documentation issued for each project.

4. Production Timelines

Production lead times are estimated according to the product type, order quantity, customization level, material availability, and production requirements.

Unless otherwise agreed, the production timeline begins after:

1. Required payment or deposit has been received.

2. Final product specifications have been approved.

3. Required artwork, branding, and technical information have been confirmed.

4. Materials and other necessary production requirements are available.

Production timelines are generally calculated using working days. Public holidays, national holidays, religious holidays, unexpected supply-chain interruptions, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect the estimated completion date.

Any significant changes requested by the customer after production approval may result in additional costs or an adjustment to the production schedule.

5. Shipping, Customs & Import Responsibilities

Bro Code Golf Wear supports international orders and can coordinate export arrangements according to the shipping method and commercial terms agreed with the customer.

Unless otherwise specified:

• Shipping Costs: International shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

• Export Documentation: Bro Code Golf Wear will provide applicable export and commercial documentation required for the shipment from Pakistan.

• Import Duties: Customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, clearance charges, and other destination-country costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

• Customs Clearance: The customer is responsible for complying with applicable import regulations, product requirements, and customs procedures in their destination country.

• Shipping Delays: Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping terms and responsibilities may vary depending on the agreed Incoterm or delivery arrangement stated in the applicable quotation or commercial documentation.

6. Quality, Ethical Standards & Compliance

Bro Code Golf Wear is committed to responsible manufacturing practices and does not support child labor or forced labor.

We aim to manufacture products according to the specifications approved by the customer and apply appropriate quality checks throughout the production process.

Customers are encouraged to communicate their specific quality standards, inspection requirements, packaging specifications, testing requirements, or compliance standards before production begins so these requirements can be evaluated and incorporated where applicable.

We also welcome opportunities to work with international businesses, retailers, distributors, organizations, and private or public-sector procurement projects, subject to project requirements and mutually agreed commercial terms.

Important Note

These Business Terms & Conditions provide a general framework for our manufacturing and supply relationships. Individual projects may have additional terms relating to product specifications, pricing, payment schedules, sampling, quality requirements, shipping, intellectual property, confidentiality, or other commercial matters.

Where a written quotation, purchase order, proforma invoice, manufacturing agreement, or other signed commercial document contains project-specific terms, those terms may apply to the relevant order.
